Project Manager (Full-Time)
Purpose:
The Project Manager will be pivotal in coordinating and overseeing all activities for Das Blaue Netzwerk project. This includes managing timelines, stakeholder communications, ensuring the smooth delivery of seminars, webinars, events, and handling any operational needs. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key partners and clients, helping to build sustainable networks for future collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the project, including timelines, content delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee the planning and execution of sector-specific seminars, networking events, and webinars.
Ensure effective communication between internal teams, partners, and clients.
Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Assist in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion beyond the project scope.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and German.
Degree or experience in the marine sector or relevant fields is preferable.
Strong project management experience with a proven track record of handling complex initiatives.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing and Sales Specialist (Full-Time)
Purpose:
This role combines marketing and sales functions to drive visibility for Das Blaue Netzwerk. The Marketing and Sales Specialist will manage the project’s online presence, social media campaigns, website content, and email marketing efforts. Additionally, they will actively pursue leads generated through these efforts to convert them into long-term clients for Atrium’s consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of Das Blaue Netzwerk project.
Manage the project’s social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
Generate and follow up on leads and partnerships for the project.
Coordinate marketing content for webinars and seminars, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure messaging resonates with target sectors.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and German.
Degree or experience in marketing, sales, or related fields, with a preference for experience in the marine sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Sales-oriented with a proactive attitude towards generating new business.

Administrative and Operations Coordinator (Full-Time)
Purpose:
The Administrative and Operations Coordinator will support the operational aspects of Das Blaue Netzwerk project by handling day-to-day administrative tasks within the project. This includes managing schedules, coordinating event logistics, tracking project budgets, and maintaining time-tracking records for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage logistics for seminars, webinars, and networking events.
Track budgets, expenses, and time for the project team to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and supporting the project’s day-to-day operations.
Maintain clear and organized records of project documentation and communications.
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and German.
Previous experience in administration or operations, with a preference for the marine sector.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Marine Law and Sustainability Specialist (Part-Time)
Purpose:
The Marine Law and Sustainability Specialist will focus on integrating sustainability principles with the legal and regulatory frameworks governing marine industries. This includes designing and delivering webinars and training sessions on topics such as marine conservation laws, blue economy policies, and the legal aspects of sustainability in sectors like fisheries, shipping, and marine technology. They will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the seminars address legal challenges and opportunities for sustainable practices within the marine sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver content on marine law, focusing on areas like marine conservation, sustainability regulations, and policies.
Create webinars and seminars tailored to the legal and policy needs of industries such as fisheries, shipping, and marine technology.
Work with industry experts and stakeholders to ensure that legal content is both accurate and relevant to the target sectors.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to align legal training and seminars with the project’s broader sustainability goals.
Provide insights on how businesses can navigate environmental laws and regulations while adopting sustainable practices.
Stay updated on current developments in marine law and blue economy policies to ensure all content is relevant and up to date.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and German.
Degree or significant experience in marine law, environmental law, or related fields, with a preference for experience in sustainability and marine conservation.
Knowledge of sustainability regulations and policies affecting the marine and maritime industries, including fisheries, shipping, and coastal management.
Proven experience in delivering webinars, training sessions, or other educational content.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from legal professionals to industry operators.
Ability to translate complex legal topics into accessible content for a variety of audiences, including businesses in the blue economy.
